Not fair to all.
The acoustics were not the best and playing the music louder did not improve it. Run one contestant and recycle the bulls a half hour later, or run them back through immediately as done in the semi and final rides. Give the higher seed the option of going first or second as a perk for being the higher seed. What would have normally been an option for a reride was not in this format. Three hours is too long for this event. Both contestants going against each other need to be on the same bull from the beginning of the event, not just the semifinals and the final. The concept is great, but if done properly, it may outdo the season finals. Fine-tune it and I will be back; it is not fair as currently conducted.
